摘    要:将菊花茎段分别用NCT、NAA、青霉素、氨苄青霉素处理,在红、蓝、黄、自然光四种不同光质下进行水培,研究不同光质对菊花茎段根的发生及某些生理活性的变化.结果表明,红光下茎段发根比其它光质及药剂均有效:生根早、生根率高、根数最多、最长.而且,红光处理与其它光质处理相比,苗长得壮,叶绿素含量高;从酶活性测定结果来看,蓝光处理NR活性最大.在不同光质下不同的化学药剂处理中,NCT、氨苄青霉素的根壮根白.

Abstract:Putting the stems of the chrysanthemum plantlets in red, yellow, blue and natural light etc. four light qualities was water cultured. We studied the effect of light quality on the chrysanthemum's root formation and physiological active. Results showed that the inducing of the root formation was better in the red light than the others: the earliest root formation, the highest root formation rate, the most roots, the longest roots and the strongest plantlets, the most chlorophyll content in leaves. Judging from the results of ferment active, we can see blue light could promote the active of NR .Using the different chemical pharmacon treatment, the condition of root formation and the index of physiology and biochemistry are different from each other under the different light quality.
