Aminoacyl derivatives of nucleosides,nucleotides, and polynucleotides

Conclusions A method for the synthesis of 3(2)-O-aminoacylnucleoside 5-di- and triphosphates has been developed which is based on the condensation of the imidazolides of N-tert-butoxycarbonylamino acids with nucleoside di-and triphosphates and subsequent removal of the tert-butoxycarbonyl protection by treatment with hydrogen chloride in absolute ether.Translated from Izvestiya Akademii Nauk SSSR, Seriya Khimicheskaya, No. 5, pp. 1084–1087, May, 1968.
