摘    要:温控盒作为飞机温度调节系统中的核心部件,在飞机运行安全中起着举足轻重的作用,需要对温控盒的各项参数进行详细测试。传统的温控盒测试设备普遍存在测试数据不精确、扩展性差以及测试人员操作繁琐、工作量大等缺点。提出了基于PXI总线的温控盒自动测试技术,阐述了其基本的测试原理以及具体软硬件实现方法,重点介绍了阻值动态分段逼近闭环设计及脉冲输出的低延时处理算法,完成了测试过程的一键自动化,拥有通用性、扩展性强、功能全面、智能化程序高等特点。

Abstract:The temperature controller has been important in aircraft temperature conditioner system, which needs to be measured according to its lots of parameters. The traditional test system has some disadvantages of imprecise, bad compatibility and too much working load. The general automatic testing technology of temperature controller is mentioned based on PXI bus. Its testing scheme and measurement is introduced including the hardware and software. The resistance piecewise approximation within a closed-loop and the low latency algorithm of pulse output are also importantly applied. This testing system has the advantages of generality, extensibility and intelligence.
