碱金属氟化物/La2O3催化剂上的甲烷氧化偶联

摘    要:研究了碱金属氟化物添加剂对La2O3的甲烷氧化偶联反应催化性能的影响,发现NaF的促进效应最明显,还研究了NaF含量对催化剂 批表面积、活性选择性的影响,发现催人上比表面积与活性存在着对应关系,温度改变,催化剂的活性选择性了将随之发生变化,在1073K,C2收率达到最大值,约18.0%,应用XRD,XPS等技术对反应前后催化剂的表面组成和结构进行了表征。

Abstract:The effect of loading alkali metal fluoride on La2O3 catalysts for the oxidative coupling of methane was reported. It was found that the addition of NaF enhanced the activity of catalysts. The effect of NaF content of NaF/La2O3 on the specific surface area, catalytic activity and selectivity was investigated, it was found that there existed a mutual relation between the specific surface area and the activity of NaF/La2O3 catalyst.A C2 yield of 11.6% was obtained over 20 (mol)% NaF/La2O3 at 1023 K. It was also found that the change in reaction conditions, for example, reaction temperature, would affect the catalytic activity and selectivity and the maximum C2 yield of 18.0% obtained at 1073 K.XRD and XPS were used to characterize the catalysts phase structure and surface composition before and after catalytic reaction.
