| Abstract: | The development process of the certified reference material (CRM) tungsten alloy,which is according to the technical standard of primary CRM,is discribed.Certified value and standard deviation,data about homogeneity and stability are presented.The consumers of the CRM have proved that the CRM's certified value is accurate and reliable. |
