摘    要:建立了HPLC-MS/MS法测定化妆品中荧光增白剂SWN,KCB,PF,ER-Ⅰ,OB-Ⅱ,OB和KSN7种荧光增白剂(FWAs)的方法。样品采用乙腈溶解提取,经Nanologica SVEA Core Shell C18色谱柱分离后,采用正离子模式扫描,多反应监测模式检测,外标法定量。7种荧光增白剂在各自线性范围内线性关系良好(0. 9901≤R^2≤0. 9980);定量限在0. 3~8. 0 mg/kg之间;3个添加水平的平均回收率在76. 1%~108. 1%之间;相对标准偏差为2. 0%~7. 4%。该方法适用于化妆品中荧光增白剂的定量检测。

Abstract:A high performance liquid chromatography-electrospray ionization triple-quadruple tandem mass spectrometric method( HPLC-MS/MS) was established for the determination of fluorescent whitening agents( FWAs),including SWN,KSN,PF,ER-I,OB-Ⅱ,OB,KCB in cosmetics. The samples were extracted by acetonitrile,and the solution was separated by Nanologica SVEA Core Shell C18 chromatographic column after centrifugation. Positive ion mode scanning and multiple reaction monitoring were used in HPLC-MS/MS.Standard curve method was used to determine the content. External standard method was used for the quantitative determination and the calibration curves showed good linearity in the concentration of the seven target compounds with correlation coefficients between 0. 9901 and 0. 9980. The limits of quantification of the seven compounds were 0. 3-8. 0 mg/kg. At three spiking levels in negative samples,the average recoveries of seven targets were in the range of 76. 1%-108. 1%,and the relative standard deviations ranged from 2. 0% to 7. 4%. The method could be used for the quantitative determination of seven FWAs in cosmetics.
