摘    要:采用柠檬酸钠还原氯金酸的方法制得粒径约为13 nm的纳米金(AuNPs)。在弱碱性环境中,在NaCl的诱导下,AuNPs与邻苯二胺(OPD)发生相互作用,AuNPs发生团聚显色,使其最大吸收峰发生红移,由此建立了邻苯二胺的比色测定方法。在最佳条件下,方法的线性范围为33. 3~333. 3 nmol/L,检出限为11. 1 nmol/L。方法用于染发剂中邻苯二胺的含量,回收率为93. 4%~96. 4%,RSD小于≤2. 3%。

Study on the visual detection of o-phenylendiamine by gold nanoparticles

Abstract:Gold nanoparticles( diameter about 13 nm) were prepared by sodium citrate reduction method. It was observed that in weakly alkaline buffer medium,o-phenylendiamine( OPD) induced the aggregation of Au NPs,leading to the color changed from red wine to blue and the red shift of the absorption spectrum. Under the optimized experimental conditions,o-phenylendiamine could be detected based on absorbance ratio of A660 nm/A520 nm. A linear relationship could be get between the concentration of 33. 3 and 333. 3 nmol/L,with the detection limit of 11. 1 nmol/L. The proposed method was applied to the determination of OPD in real samples with the recoveries of the concentration of 93. 4%-96. 4% and RSD lawer than 2. 3%.
