基于三乙醇胺修饰的CdSe量子点-芦丁二元体系的相互作用及其对痕量铝快速、灵敏检测研究

摘    要:合成了三乙醇胺(TEA)修饰的硒化镉量子点(CdSe Quantum Dots)纳米材料(TCQs),分别利用透射电子显微镜(TEM)、红外光谱、荧光光谱及紫外吸收光谱对其进行研究,结果表明合成的TCQs具有非常好的荧光特性.在TCQs中加入芦丁,TCQs的荧光强度降低.随后加入铝离子,荧光强度恢复,且铝离子浓度在1.6×10-7~1.7×10-5 mol·L-1的范围内,与相对荧光强度变化呈良好的线性关系,线性方程为:F/F0=4 856.7c+1.005 4,r=0.999 2,检测限为5.3×10-8 mol·L-1,回收率为96.3%~106.1%.进一步采用荧光分光光度法,对油条中痕量铝离子进行了检测.对芦丁作用TCQs的猝灭机理及Al3+对TCQs-芦丁二元体系的荧光恢复机理进行了讨论.该结果可为食品、药品以及其他领域铝离子的检测提供新的思路和方法.

Abstract:In this experiment, triethanolamine(TEA) modification CdSe quantum dot nanomaterials(TCQs) were synthesized. TCQs were characterized and studied by transmission electron microscopy(TEM), infrared spectroscopy(IR), fluorescence spectrum and ultraviolet-visible spectrum, respectively. The experiments results showed that TCQs were successfully synthesized, which owned outstanding fluorescence characteristics. When rutin is added to TCQs, the fluorescence intensity of TCQs decreased, which showed the TCQs-rutin binary system had formed. After adding aluminum ions into the TCQs-rutin binary system, the fluorescence intensity recovered. Under the best experimental conditions, the fluorescence intensity change(F/F0)/and Al3+ concentrati-on(c) showed a good linear relationship in the range of 1.6×10-7 to 1.7×10-5 mol·L-1, the linear equation is F/F0=4 856.7c+1.005 4, r=0.999 2, the detection limit was 5.3×10-8 mol·L-1, and the recovery was 96.3% to 106.1%. Besides, aluminum ions in fried bread stick were determined by TCQs-rutin binary system and the results were satisfied. The results of this study can provide new ideas and methods for the detection of aluminum ions in food, medicine and other fields.
