摘    要:合成了一种基于激发态分子内质子转移(ESIPT)的Cu^2+荧光探针L。通过Job’s曲线、MS和1H NM R研究了探针L对Cu^2+的识别机理。与其他金属离子共存时,探针L对Cu^2+表现出良好的选择性和灵敏度。加入Cu^2+后,探针L的荧光强度逐渐降低;在365 nm紫外光的照射下,探针L溶液的颜色由蓝色变成无色。探针L具有较低的检出限(0.47μmol/L)和短的响应时间(5s)。

Abstract:An excited-state intramolecular proton transfer(ESIPT)based fluorescence probe L for Cu^2+detection was synthesized.The sensing mechanism between probe L and Cu^2+was also investigated by Job plot’s analysis,MS and1 H NMR spectra.Probe L showed good selectivity and sensitivity to Cu^2+.The fluorescence intensity of probe L decreased gradually with the addition of Cu^2+,and the color of the solution L changed from blue to colorless by naked eyes under 365 nm ultraviolet light irradiation.Probe L exhibited a low detection limit(0.47μmol/L)and a rapid response time(5 s).
