Improved synthesis of polyfluorinated l-lysine for 19F NMR-based screening

Abstract:Polyfluorinated N-α-Fmoc-$${epsilon}$$-Boc-l-lysine represents the best-in-class among a set of polyfluorinated amino acids (PFAs) which are useful tools for 19F NMR-Based Screening.
