| 摘 要： | 本文分析了职业中学实现由应试教育向素质教育转变的制约因素,提出从科学定位、课程模式的构建、多证书的实施、学生素质观的树立、“双师型”师资队伍建设等方面入手,深化教学改革,实现由应试教育向素质教育的转变。
