人机协同工艺设计系统研究

摘    要:针对当前CAPP技术中存在目标片面和基础不牢,造成CAPP系统实际应用困难和问题。提出了人机协同CAPP的工作模式和系统框架。该工作模式下,工艺人员是工艺决策的主体,借助计算机系统工艺数据库、CAPP知识库,通过人机交互,派生出新的加工工艺。该系统的关键技术是建立产品工艺基础数据和对不同产品的CAPP集成,以适应先进制造技术发展的新需求。

Abstract:Aiming at the facts of partitive goal and unstable basis on CAPP technology, it is difficult to apply CAPP system practically, so the working pattern and system framework of human-machine cooperation with CAPP technology are put forward. Under this pattern, technologists are the main body for process planning. The new process plan can be created by human-machine interacting with the help of process database and CAPP knowledge database. The key technology of this system is the founding of basic database for products technics and the integration of CAPP system for different products, so as to meet the needs of development of advanced manufacturing technology.
