| Abstract: | Summary A method for the performance testing of Sedex 55 Evaporative Light Scattering Detectors (ELSD) has been developed as part of our regulatory compliance programme. The method uses a readily available chromatographic column, caffeine as the test probe and can be completed in less than one hour. |
