| 摘 要： | 20世纪末，我国一些企业开始实施MBO，但效果都不尽如人意。简述了管理者收购(MBO)的含义，重点分析了管理者收购的特征以及现阶段我国企业实施MBO的障碍，从而得出目前我国企业不宜实施MBO的结论。

| Abstract: | In the end of the 20th century, some Chinese enterprises began to carry out MBO, however, its effect was not satisfactory. This paper briefly expounds the meaning of MBO, and emphatically analyzes on the features of MBO and the barriers for Chinese enterprises to practice MBO in recent stage, and draws the conclusion that it is unsuitable for Chinese enterprises to practice MBO at present. |
