2-Ethylaminopyrimidines ( 3 ) substituted by fluoroalkyl groups may be obtained through the reaction of ethylguanidine ( 1 ) with appropriately substituted (J-diketones ( 2 ). Within compound class 3 , representatives occur exhibiting analgesic, antiinflammatory, and antifungal activity.
