摘    要:利用具有Landolt效应的(NH4)2S2O8-KI-Na2S2O3体系催化光度法同时测定铜和铁(以淀粉为指示物)。可不经分离直接用于人发、大米及绿豆中痕量铜和铁的测定,结果满意。

Abstract:A catalytic photometric method for the simultaneous determination of copper and iron is reported in this paper. This method is based on catalytic effect of micro amounts of Cu 2+ and (or) Fe 3+ to the reaction system of (NH 4) 2S 2O 8 KI Na 2S 2O 3, which shows the Landolt effect. Starch is used as indicator. The reported method has the special feature of simple, accurate and selective. It has been used in the determination of trace amount of copper and iron in human hair, rice and mung bean.
