Abstract: | In this paper, a constructive method for exactly solving nonlinear differential-difference equations (NDDEs) is presented. The NDDE which includes Hybrid lattice, discretized mKdV lattice and modified Volterra lattice is chosen to illustrate this approach. Some new solutions of these lattices are obtained. |
