硼氢化钠还原-无色散原子荧光法测定电池中汞

摘    要:建立了汞的硼氢化钠还原-无色散原子荧光测定方法,在最佳条件下,荧光强度与汞浓度在0-25ug/L范围内呈线性关系,相关系数为0.9992,检出限为0.02ug/L,用本方法测定电池中的汞,回收率为91.6-103.1%,相对标准偏差不超过4.2%。

Abstract:A non-dispersive atomic fluorescence spectrometry combined with sodium borohydride reduction for the determination of mercury has been developed.Under the optimum conditions,there is a linear relationship between the fluorescence intensity and mercury concentration in the range of 0—25μg/L with correlation coefficient 0.9992.The detection limit is 0.02μg/L.The proposed method has been applied to the determination of mercury in battery with satisfactory results.The recovery is 91.6%—103.1%,and the relative standard deviation is less than 4.2%.
