| 摘 要： | 针对轮胎模具和金属锈迹去除,介绍了自主研发生产的一种新型手持激光清洗机。采用半导体泵浦固体激光器（DPSS）手持方案,使光-光转换效率和清洁速率得到提升。激光平均功率超过160W。对橡胶轮胎模具和严重锈蚀钢板进行清洗,效果明显,清洗速度分别达到1.08m^2/h、1.44m^2/h。参数调整后可适应多种其他清洗应用。

| Abstract: | Abstract Focusing on the cleaning of tire molds and rusting steel plates, a prototype of hand-holding laser-cleaning machine is presented in this paper. The average power exceeds 160 W. The cleaning effects of rubber-tire molds and serious-rusting steel plates are evident. The rate can reach 1.08, 1.44 m^2/h respectively. This machine can be used in other kinds of clean ing applications after its parameters are modified. |
