基于有限元的铝合金预拉伸板振动时效仿真分析

摘    要:为消除铝合金预拉伸板中的残余应力,采用弹塑性有限元法对振动时效消除残余应力进行数值模拟.研究振动时效工艺参数对残余应力消除的影响,结果表明只有铝合金预拉伸板产生一定的塑性变形振动时效才能有效消除残余应力;对于共振时效,激振产生的较大振幅能更有效消除残余应力;激振时间对激振效果影响不大.

Abstract:To eliminate the residual stress of aluminum alloy pre-stretching board,an elastic-plastic finite element model was developed to simulate the vibratory stress relief(VSR)process.The parameter effects of VSR toward residual stress relief were analysed.Vibration can relieve residual stress of AI board by creating certain amount of plastic deformation;larger displacement induced by resonance is more effective to reduce residual stress;vibration time does not have a major impact on the vibration stress relief.
