| Abstract: | In mixed monolayers with stearic acid at the air-water interface, paranaric acid undergoes photochemical reaction, which, in turn, triggers marked structural change in the monolayer assembly. Changes in the fluid-expanded and fluid-compressed regimes are qualitatively different and are interpreted in terms of a simple model. |
