Abstract: | Abstract The high quality surface-enhanced Raman spectra(SERS)of ri-boflavin on silver colloids were observed with 1064nm excitation employingFourier Transform Raman spectroscopy,The detecting limit of good FT-SERS can reach 3.2×10~(-10)M on NaOH active colloids. riboflavin touched the Ag surface by the C(2)=0 and C(4)=0. |
