| 摘 要： | 以国内某大型制造企业为研究对象,运用典型网络设计方法和模型为该企业设计零部件配送网络以代替原有的配送模式.零部件配送网络主要包含两级子问题——选址-分配和运输车辆路线,分别对该两个子问题进行建模,依次设计程序进行求解并分析其中各类参数的影响.对该网络的运作效率和运营成本进行对比分析,评估其优劣势.
