摘    要:研究了具有非线性局部碰摩力和油膜力耦合作用下转子-定子系统的分叉与混沌运动,利用计算机仿真对某发动机转子的碰摩及油膜故障进行了数值模拟,讨论了转子系统参数的变化对转子混沌运动状态的影响,发现了具有非线性碰摩力及油膜力的局部耦合作用下转子系统的各种多周期运动和混沌运动及其演变过程,为大型旋转机械的故障诊断提供参考。

Abstract:The bifurcation and chaos behaviors of rotor-stator systems with coupling effect of nonlinear rubbing force and oil film force are studied by means of numerical stimulation in this paper. A model with double masses and four degree of freedom for studying the response of rotor-stator system is presented. In view of the case of multi-parameters, the bifurcation behavior and chaos motion of rotor-stator are analyzed in detail. Abundant dynamic behaviors of rotor-stator systems are revealed by the diagrams displaying bifurcation behavior, Poincare mapping, maximum Lyapunov exponent, which gives some references for safe running of a large rotating machine.
