Abstract:	Agelasine-E and -F, novel terpenoids with a 9-methyladeninium unit have been isolated from the orange colored sea sponge $Agelas nakamurai$ Hoshino as Na,k-ATPase inhibitors and their structures and absolute configurations have been determined on the basis of spectral data and chemical conversions.
