| 摘 要： | 本文从分析系统随时间逐渐劣化的客观规律入手，在随机过程理论的基础上提出了描述系统强度均值衰减和方差变化的模型，给出了确定模型中各个参数的具体方法，利用这个模型可方便地预计系统的可靠度。

| Abstract: | In this paper we study reliability of degenerate system. A new model basedon stochastic process is presented to describe decreasing mean and variable variance for system strength. The parameters in the model are determined by meansof statistical method. From the model and the method it is easy to estimate system reliability. |
