摘    要:对重青石窑具原料中的CaO,TiO2,Fe2O3以及R2O(Na2O+K2O)对窑具多晶结构与性能的影响进行研究,从而确定原料中的Cao,TiO2,Fe2O3和R2O允许的存在量为CaO(2.2~2.7)%,TiO2(1.0~1.5)%,Fe2O3(0.8)%和R2O≤0.9%。

Abstract:The effects of impurities, CaO, TiO2, Fe2O3 and R2O(Na2O+ K2O) in raw materials onthe structures and properties in Cordierite Kiln Furniture have been studied. The rational contents of the above four kinds of impurities which are great benefit to improve the furniture performance were given as follows: CaO(2. 2~2. 7) %, TiO2 (1. 0~1. 5) %, Fe2O3 0. 8% and R2O≤0. 9%
