| Abstract: | Fast-ion emission from tungsten plasmas has been studied with neodymium laser intensities from 5x1012 to 2x1015 W/cm2. Ion energies into the MeV region have been observed. The variation of ion energy (EI) with laser intensity (I) was found to be of the form EI∞I0.65. |
