Hexagonal arrays in nematic liquid crystals |

| Abstract: | In this letter observations are reported which were carried out by diffraction of a laser beam, by polar diagrams of the diffracted light and by optical microscopy, being performed on a hexagonal structure which appears in nematic liquid crystals for a twist geometry. |
