Abstract: | From the measured absorption and reflection spectra, we have determined the optical properties of a well-characterized (with respect to impurities and homogeneity) high-purity 21.3 wt% Na2O?5.2 wt% CaO?73.5 wt% SiO2 glass over the energy range 0.006–22 eV. The origins of the absorption spectra are discussed. |
