芯套双动高速开关阀的设计与液动力分析

摘    要:高速电磁开关阀存在大流量与高速响应之间的矛盾。通过对锥阀特性的分析,设计了一种阀芯、阀套同时运动的芯套双动高速开关阀,该阀增大了高速开关阀的开口度,提高了响应速度和流量。同时对阀进行了液动力分析,得出在给定压差的条件下液动力与阀的位移基本呈线性关系的结论。

Abstract:To improve the response speed of on-off solenoid valve of big flux,detailed analysis on poppet valve is given and an on-off solenoid valve with movement of both spool and cover is designed.Both response speed and valve placket are improved and dynamic fluid analysis shows the approximate linear relationships between fluid force and valve displacement on given pressure difference.
