摘    要:研究了邻羟基苯基重氮氨基偶氮苯(O-HDAA)与汞(Ⅱ)的显色反应。在TritonX-100存在下,于pH10.0的硼砂-氢氧化钠缓冲溶液中,汞(Ⅱ)与试剂形成1∶2的稳定橙红色配合物,其最大吸收波长位于520nm处,表观摩尔吸光系数为1.74×105L

Abstract:The chromogenic reaction ofo-hydroxybenzenediazoaminoazobenzene(O-HDAA) with mercury was studied. In the presence of Triton X-100 and in a borax buffer soluton of pH 10.0, mercury(Ⅱ) reacted with O-HDAA to form a stable orange-red complex with molar ratio of 1∶2. The apparent molar absorptivity is 1.74×105 L.mol-1.cm-1 at the maximum absorption wave-length of 520 nm. Beer's law is obeyed in the concentration range of 0~600 μg/L for Hg(Ⅱ). The method was applied to the determination of trace amounts of mercury in water with satisfactory results.
