| Abstract: | The synthesis of a new azacyclophane formed by two l-tyrosine units joined by two methylene bridges is presented. The structural and conformational characteristics are briefly discussed. Spectroscopic and theoretical data reveal a syn structure with two intramolecular hydrogen bonds. |
