| Abstract: | A formal synthesis of the telomerase inhibitory marine pyrrolocarbazole alkaloid dictyodendrin B is described. The key features are consecutive palladium-catalyzed cross-coupling reactions and intramolecular reductive coupling reaction to construct the pyrrolo2,3-c]carbazole framework. |
