摘    要:加固液晶显示器在军用和恶劣环境中得到了广泛的应用,它几乎全部由商用液晶屏加固而得到.分析了普通的液晶显示屏在振动、低温、强环境光等条件下无法正常显示甚至会损坏的原因.针对振动对液晶屏的影响,采取增加液晶屏刚性、隔振安装的二级减振结构减轻了振动对液晶屏的影响;采用ITO加热的方法解决液晶屏的低温显示异常;采用在液晶屏表面...

Abstract:Rugged liquid crystal displays are widely used in military and severe environments.Reasons for disability in vibration,low temperature,and strong sunshine are analyzed.Two-stage vibration reduction structure is employed to reduce vibrating;ITO heater is adopted to solve the abnormal display of LCDs at low temperature;while anti-reflection glass is sticked on the surface of LCDs to reduce the surface reflection in strong sunshine.LED back light with appropriate luminous wavelength is adopted to match the tra...
