| 摘 要： | 为评价冠心病及高心病的Ｑ－Ｔ离散度的临床意义，观察了９７例冠心病、高心病患者的Ｑ－Ｔ离散度，并与９６例正常组对比。结果表明，冠心病，高心病患者的ＱＴｄ、Ｑ－Ｔｃｄ、Ｊ－Ｔｄ、Ｊ－Ｔｃｄ均比正常组延长，有显著差异，Ｐ〈０．０１。

| Abstract: | To evaluate the Q-T dispersion of coronary heart disease and Hypertensive Cardio pathy,97 cases with coronary heart disease and Hypertensive Caredio pathy were observed on Q-T dispersion and compared with that of 96 nomal controls.The results show that there are distinctive difference in QTd,Q-Tcd,J-Td,J-Tcd( P <0 01).The rate of arrhythmia cordis of disease group is 41%.It indicates that the values of Q-Td and J-Td are useful index for diagnosing heart disease. |
