摘    要:基于曲面分割技术 ,介绍了一种无干涉刀具路径生成算法 ,该算法能够对加工条件的变化 (如刀具直径变化 )做出快速响应 ,实时产生可靠的无干涉刀具路径 .仿真结果证明了对于各种刀具 (包括球头刀及非球头刀 )都是适用的 ,刀具变化时能很快地生成无干涉刀具路径

Abstract:A real time non interference tool path generating method was put forward based on curved surface subdivision. This method can immediately respond to the changes of processing conditions, such as the shape and size of a cutting tool, so a reliable non interference tool path can be obtained. It can improve processing accuracy and save processing time. Simulated results show that this method is reliable, and it is suitable for not only a ball head cutting tool, but also other types of cutting tools.
