| Abstract: | The homoclinic group (an invariant with respect to topological conjugacy) for hyperbolic toral automorphisms is determined. Certain conditions are given for conjugacy of a homeomorphism of a compact space to hyperbolic toral automorphism. Bibliography: 7 titles.
