SEQUENTIAL OSCILLATIONS IN BrO_3~-—GALLIC ACID—SULFURIC ACID—[Ni(TIM)]~(2+)SYSTEM

[Ni(TIM)]~(2+)can act as a catalyst in bromate—gallic acid—sulfuric acid system to produce sequentialoscillations have been studied.When bromate solution is added to the reaction mixture,two sets of concen-tration oscillations take place,the first set is the noncatalyzed oscillation and the second is[Ni(TIM)]~(2+)catalyzed oscillation.
