| Abstract: | The mean amplitudes of vibration of ICl2–, IBr2–, BrCl2– and ClF2– have been calculated, from known spectroscopic data, in the temperature range between O° and 1000°K. Also generalized mean-square amplitudes and values for theBastiansen—Morino shrinkage effect are reported. The results are briefly discussed.
