Abstract: | PHENIX measurements related to global variables and identified hadrons are discussed. These include two-pion correlations, elliptic flow, and dN/dη. Measurements of event-by-event fluctuations in mean transverse momentum, mean transverse energy, and net charge are presented for particles within the PHENIX acceptance. The centrality dependence of these measurements is also discussed. |
