| 摘 要： | 近年来，电信业的发展极其迅速，电信发展的格局也发生了根本性的改变。只有看清电信发展环境，才能适应新的形势，把握机遇，在新的竞争中立于不败之地。本文对在新的知识经济形势下国际与国内电信环境进行了透彻的分析，指出了当前电信发展面临的机遇与挑战，并对我国加入世界贸易组织对我国电信环境的影响加以说明。

| Abstract: | In recent years, the telecom industry has witnessed skyrocketing development and the telecom development structure has also undergone a fundamental change.Only after seeing through the telecom development environment can businesses adapt to the new situation, embrace opportunities, and achieve success in new competitions.In this paper, an in-depth look was made into the international and domestic telecom development environment , while opportunites and challenges are pointed out.The impact of China' s entry into WTO on the nation' s telecom environment is also explained. |
