| 摘 要： | 阐述社会科学研究成果评比计算机核算系统的设计与实现。该计算机核算系统已经于2001年在广西区党校成功投入实际运行，成功地完成了有关的评比工作，为广西党校系统实现科研评奖的量化、规范化、现代化发挥了重要作用。

| Abstract: | The design and realization of the calculation system for appraisement of the social science research production is explained. The system was successfully carried out in the Guangxi Committee Party School of CCP in 2001, and plaid an important part in the realization of appraisement in quantity, normalization and modernization. |
