摘    要:Living systems use enzymes to catalyze stereoselective reactions with very high fidelity. Since proline was demonstrated as the simplest "enzyme" that mimics type Ⅰ aldolase to catalyze aldol reaction,1~3] it has attracted much attention in chemistry and other relative fields to design and synthesize highly efficient chemzyme or organocatalysts that can activate normally unreactive substances to useful asymmetric catalytic transformations.
