新型含氮磷杂并环化合物-吡唑并[3,4-d]-1,3,2-二氮磷杂六环-6-酮衍生物的合成研究

本文以异嘌呤类杂环-吡唑并3,4-d]嘧啶为先导,以1-取代-5-取代氨基-4-(N-烷基)吡唑甲酰胺及取代苯基二氯化膦、六乙基亚磷三酰胺为原料,设计并合成42个新型含氮磷杂并环化合物-吡唑并3,4-d]-1,3,2-二氮磷杂六环-6-酮衍生物.经1HNMR、IR、MS及元素分析确定了它们的化学结构.初步测定了它们的生物活性.实验表明这些化合物具有一定的抗癌活性及农药活性.

Studies on the Synthesis of Derivatives of Pyrazolo [3,4-d]-1,3,2-Diazaphosphorin-6-one

In order to look for biological active phosphorus heterocyclic compounds, taking isop-urine-pyrazolo3, 4-d]-pyrimidine as the lead-compound, we designed and synthesized a new-type of compounds--the derivatives of pyrazolo3,4-d]-l,3,2-diazaphosphorin-6-one.Fourtytwo of them have been obtained by using l-substituted-5-amino-4-pyrazole ester as the starting materials.The molecular structures of all the compounds were confirmed by ¹H NMR, IR, MSand elmental analysis.The preliminary biological activities of the products indicate that some of them possess antitumor and pesticidal activities.
