| 摘 要： | 采用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定黄花败酱和白花败酱中Fe、Cu、Zn、Mn、Mg、Ca的含量。该方法准确可靠,回收率为96.50%—107.50%,RSD为0.42%—1.38%。经比较,黄花败酱的铁、锰、钙含量远高于白花败酱,2种败酱草宜区别使用。

| Abstract: | Metal elements such as Fe,Cu,Zn,Mn,Mg and Ca in Patrinia scabiosaefolia Fisch and Patrinia villosa Juss were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry（FAAS）.The method is accurate and reliable with the recovery of 96.50%—107.50% and RSD of 0.42%—1.38%.The contents of Fe,Mn and Ca in Patrinia scabiosaefolia Fisch are much higher than that of Patrinia villosa Juss. |
