| Abstract: | The reflectance and absorption spectra of CuInSe2 near the band gap were obtained at 7 K. From the analysis of the data, an estimate of the exciton binding energy, Bohr radius, and low frequency dielectric constant has been made, which are 15 meV, 5.5 nm, and 8.5 respectively. |
