| 摘 要： | 介绍了基于海杂波的雷达探测效能估计技术的基本原理,并与目前国内常用的雷达探测效能估计方法进行了比较,讨论了该技术实现过程中的3个关键问题：环境模型、电磁波传播模型和海杂波模型,重点分析了该技术的实现方法。

| Abstract: | The basic principle of the estimation technology of radar detection efficiency based on the sea clutter is introduced in comparison with domestic common estimation methods.Three crucial problems of the technology including the environment,the EMW propagation and the sea clutter models in the process of the implementation are discussed with emphasis on the implementation of the technology. |
