摘    要:利用传输矩阵法和傅立叶变换,讨论了光脉冲通过一维由两类单负材料组成的光子晶体中的传播行为,当高斯窄脉冲载波频率处在带隙中时出现超光速现象,当载波频率处在带边时出现慢光速现象,而且相对于布拉格带边,零有效相位带隙左带边处有更大的群延迟.并且可以通过调节材料的厚度比来实现短脉冲在其中的不失真传播,同时也证明了在这种结构中哈特曼效应的存在.

Abstract:The transmission behaviors of optical pulses through one - dimensional photonlc crystals composed of alternating layers of two kinds of single - negative materials is investigated by means of transfer matrix technique and Fourier transform. The propagation of a Gaussian pulse with its carrier frequency lying in the stop band is superlumi- nal, with its carrier frequency lying in the band - edge is subluminal, and comparing with the Bragg bands, the left band - edge of zero - gap lead to larger group delays. And short - pluses can basically keep it original shape propagation by adjusting the ratio of the thicknesses of two media, and in the structure, the Hartman effect exist.
