摘    要:本工作采用DSC、X-射线衍射、小角激光光散射、偏光显微镜等手段,研究了线性低密度聚乙烯/丁苯橡胶共混体系中聚乙烯的结晶结构、平衡熔点和结晶动力学。

Abstract:DSC, SALS, SAXS, WAXD and polarizing microscopy were used to study the crystal-line structrures, equilibrium melting point and crystallization kineties of LLDPE in LLDPE/SBR blends. Its unit cell parameters, crystallite size, spherulite size and crystallinityremain unchanged when LLDPE content is above 50%. Crystallite and spherulite size dec-rease when LLDPE content is less than 50%. The long period of LLDPE ctystallites in theblends of various compositions is larger than that of pure LLDPE and increases with increasingSBR content. This system does not show melting point depression but gives higher chainfolding free energy than pure LLDPE. Based on the above experimental observations it isconcluded that in this system LLDPE and SBR are not compatible in general, but showcertain extent of molecular chain mixing in the amorphous region of LLDPE.
